1. What does your service include, how much does it cost, and how does it work? Our $15 (per bag) charge includes pickup, storage, and delivery. FLAT RATE!! We will pick-up your luggage, Store it for as long as needed, And deliver it to your chosen location.
3. Does the size of bag alter the price? No! it is a flat rate of $15 for ALL size bags.
5. Can you accommodate last-minute bookings? Yes! If there is availability on the website. You can always contact us to see if there's a way to fit you in.
7. Can you pick our bags up at the cruise terminal and drop them off at the train station or vice versa? Yes! when you book online there is a text box where you will enter your pickup and drop off location and time.
9. How will we recognize you once you arrive? We will get in touch with you the day of and explain where to meet us and what vehicle to look for! We will have our bright yellow logo on the side of the vehicle, so you'll be able to spot us.
2. Should I book in advance? Yes! So you can be guaranteed a spot. But you can always book the day of if there's availability.
4. What if my number of bags changes? We can charge you for additional bags once we meet you at your pickup location. Cash or card works.
6. What if my pickup/drop off time changes? Email or call us! We can be very flexible. We understand that plans change unexpectedly!
8. How many bags can be in one reservation? Up to 15 bags can be in one reservation.
10. Is my luggage stored in a safe location? Yes! We store your luggage in a safe location in town.
