FAQ

1. How does this service work? We pick up your luggage; store it securely and deliver it back to you at your chosen time and location.

3. How much does it cost? $15 per bag. This includes pickup, storage, and delivery.

5. Does the size of bag alter the price? No! it is a flat rate of $15 for ALL size bags.

7. Can you accommodate last-minute bookings? Yes! If there is availability on the website. You can always contact us to see if there's a way to fit you in.

9. Can you pick our bags up at the cruise terminal and drop them off at the train station or vice versa? Yes! when you book online there is a text box where you will enter your pickup and drop off location and time.

11. How will we recognize you once you arrive? We will get in touch with you the day of and explain where to meet us and what vehicle to look for! We will have our bright yellow logo on the side of the vehicle, so you'll be able to spot us.

2. Where do you pickup and drop off? Train station, cruise terminal, hotels, bus terminal, Airbnb's, Sealife Center, resturants, or anywhere in Seward!

4. What if my pickup/drop off time changes? Email or call us! We can be very flexible. We understand that plans change unexpectedly!

6. What if my number of bags changes? We can charge or refund you for more or less bags once we meet you at your pickup location.

8. How many bags can be in one reservation? Up to 15 bags can be in one reservation.

10. Is my luggage safe? Yes, all bags are stored in a monitored location until delivery.

12. What is the earliest/latest time you can pick up/drop off luggage? We are very flexible! Just let us know if you have a pickup/drop-off time outside of our "hours of operations." Get in contact for further questions about this.
